Nurse Staffing is a comprehensive platform designed to streamline the staffing process for healthcare facilities. Developed with the support of a dedicated team, this project marked my first major contribution as a junior developer at Helm, where I was responsible for implementing the login/authentication system, the admin approval workflow, and assisting with various UI updates.

Dungeon Scribe AI is an innovative AI-powered chatbot designed to assist Dungeon Masters and players in creating detailed Dungeons & Dragons characters, scenarios, and items. Whether you’re crafting an epic quest or developing a unique character, Dungeon Scribe AI provides endless inspiration and support, making your tabletop adventures richer and more immersive.

Hatchets and Hops is a premier axe-throwing venue, and their custom booking and management system was designed to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience. As the primary developer on this project during my time at Helm as a Developer 2, I created a robust system that handles everything from scheduling and session bookings to payments, refunds, coupon codes, and gift cards, all integrated seamlessly with Stripe for secure transactions.

The Browne Company website is a sleek and straightforward online presence designed to showcase essential company information, offering visitors a clear and concise overview of the services and values that define the business.

The Go Buffalo Niagara website is a comprehensive resource designed to promote sustainable transportation options in the Buffalo Niagara region. Developed entirely in WordPress, I served as the sole developer on this project during my time at Helm, creating a user-friendly platform that helps residents and visitors explore eco-friendly ways to get around the area.

Chef Remy is an innovative app designed to simplify meal planning by suggesting recipes based on the ingredients you have on hand. Developed as a capstone project for the Grace Hopper Program at Fullstack Academy, Chef Remy allows users to manage their pantry inventory using OCR and Amazon Alexa, making meal preparation easier and more efficient.

The Pittsburgh Innovation District website is a dynamic and informative platform designed to showcase the cutting-edge developments and initiatives within the region’s innovation ecosystem. Built using WordPress, I served as the developer on this project during my time at Helm, collaborating closely with designers to create a visually engaging and highly functional site that highlights Pittsburgh’s role as a leader in innovation and technology.

Shea’s Theatre website is a vibrant and dynamic online platform showcasing the rich cultural offerings of one of Buffalo’s premier performing arts venues. Developed with PHP and WordPress, the site features custom-built functionality to enhance user engagement and streamline operations, including a visually stunning season announcement page and systems for volunteer sign-ups, camp registration, and donations.

At Helm, I oversaw the development of a multi-site network for Wendt, a global leader in industrial equipment manufacturing. As the lead developer on this project, I also created a sophisticated system to automatically redirect users to region-specific sites based on their IP address, ensuring a tailored experience for visitors from different countries.

ThinkTech is an educational platform dedicated to providing innovative tools and resources for educators and students. As part of a development team at Helm, I played a key role in the project, serving as the primary developer for the reconstruction of the resource library and the integration of existing resources into lessons, enhancing the platform’s usability and functionality.

Cruise Ducks is a fun and interactive web app designed to bring the joy of cruise ship scavenger hunts online. It allows users to connect with others who have found or hidden rubber ducks on cruise ships, sharing their discoveries and tracking the journey of each duck as it’s found, kept, or re-hidden.

Ripple is an empowering app built with Swift, designed to help you track and amplify your positive impact on the world through small, everyday actions. Created during a hack-a-thon as a solo project, Ripple allows you to see how your efforts in saving water, recycling, and conserving energy contribute to a larger, positive environmental change.
